"Super easy exchange process"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size sparring gloves and expected the exchange to be a hassle, since I’ve had returns with other places drag on forever. But the instructions were clear, and when I sent a question, I got a reply quickly.
The exchange went through smoothly, and the new size arrived sooner than I thought it would. Really happy with how simple and stress-free the whole thing was.

"Fit was mostly right, but the info could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a uniform from centurymartialarts.com and the sizing turned out close overall. The shoulders and waist fit well, but the pants were a little longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, but I was a bit annoyed that the sizing info wasn’t clearer, because I had to double-check everything and still wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I’d definitely recommend measuring yourself before ordering. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

I’ve been happy with the gear overall, especially for the price. It seems to hold up well with regular use. That said, if anything does go wrong, I’d definitely expect the company to stand behind it and offer some kind of compensation or replacement.

"Surprisingly quick help"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out about my order, but they got back to me really fast. The person was actually nice, didn’t make it complicated, and got everything sorted without any fuss. Kind of annoying how smoothly it went, honestly. Happy with the service.

"Good gear so far"
I ended up getting the punching bag and gloves, and they’ve been good. The bag has been used a bunch already and it’s still holding up fine, no weird issues or anything. The gloves still feel comfortable too, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first. Shipping was kind of just okay, not the quickest, but it got here. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again

"Good selection, but curious if others had stock issues too"
I thought they had a solid selection of martial arts gear and uniforms, and it was easy to find the general type of stuff I was looking for. The only downside was that a few sizes and colors were out of stock, so I ended up going with my second choice on one item. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do wish the availability was a bit more consistent. I’m wondering if other people have run into the same stock issues or if I just caught them at a bad time.
